The decision was formalized during the university's 43rd Senate meeting held at the Ministry of Education in Singhadurbar, under the chairmanship of Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokharel. Registrar Prof. Dr. Panna Bahadur Thapa presented the operational policies, expenditure plans, and strategic vision.
