Details

The Office of the Controller of Examinations, located in Balkhu, Kathmandu, has published the registration notice for the 52nd Convocation of Tribhuvan University. Graduates across Bachelor, Master, M.Phil, and Ph.D. levels who received their academic transcripts within the eligible timeframe of Ashar 1, 2082 to Jestha 31, 2083 are invited to apply. In a change from past years, the university will conduct convocation celebrations in the provincial capitals of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim.

Applicants are required to fill out the form online and upload scanned copies of a recent MRP size photo, their citizenship certificate, and their academic transcript. Fee payments vary according to the level of study: Bachelor level applicants pay NPR 5,500 total, Master and M.Phil applicants pay NPR 6,000, and Ph.D. graduates pay NPR 6,500. All level totals include a NPR 2,500 deposit for the gown and scarf. Students may also invite up to two guardians by paying a non-refundable fee of NPR 4,000 per guest.

Once the online form is completed, candidates must print and safely retain the PDF confirmation documents. These printed copies must be submitted to the designated office branch for verification and official stamping when picking up the gown and scarf. For current students aiming for upcoming graduation cycles, learning how to use TU past questions the right way and preparing with resources like solved past questions for every BSc CSIT subject can help maintain steady academic progress.

What this means for students
