The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Tribhuvan University, Balkhu, has officially opened registration for the 52nd Convocation ceremony. Eligible students who completed their Bachelor's, Master's, M.Phil., or Ph.D. degrees under semester or annual systems within the designated timeframe can register online. Applicants need to upload an MRP-size photo with a white background, citizenship certificate, and scanned transcript through the official student portal.

When completing the application, graduates must select their preferred venue from seven provincial ceremony centers. TU has clearly stated that once a center is selected, changes will not be permitted. In addition, students can register up to two accompanying guardians for an extra charge of NPR 400 per person. An optional branded certificate folder is also available for NPR 500.

Fee structures vary across academic levels. Bachelor's level graduates pay NPR 3,000, Master's and M.Phil. candidates pay NPR 3,500, while Ph.D. graduates pay NPR 4,000. All participants must pay an initial gown deposit of NPR 2,500, from which NPR 500 will be deducted as a gown maintenance charge upon return. Payments must be made through online banking services of Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd. using the candidate's own bank account to ensure smooth deposit refunds.
