To complete the application, candidates must visit student.exam.tu.edu.np and select the online form option. Applicants need to upload a recent white-background photograph, a copy of their citizenship certificate, and a scanned transcript. After submitting, candidates must print and retain the generated PDF documents safely. These documents must be presented to the designated branch of the examination controller's office when picking up the gown and scarf. For recent graduates of tech disciplines who want to assist their juniors, resources like solved past questions for every BSc CSIT subject and solved past questions for every BIT subject remain active on our platform.
Following approval from the Tribhuvan University Executive Council, ceremonies will take place in centers across Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces. The Bagmati Province center will also accommodate M.Phil., Ph.D., class toppers, and medal recipients. Students are strongly advised to confirm their travel plans before selecting a location because venue changes will not be entertained after submission.
The fee breakdown consists of convocation and certificate charges plus a refundable gown/scarf security deposit of Rs. 2,500 across all levels. Total combined payments are Rs. 5,500 for Bachelor's, Rs. 6,000 for Master's and M.Phil., and Rs. 6,500 for Ph.D. applicants. Up to two guardians may attend per student at a non-refundable fee of Rs. 400 each, while an optional logo folder costs Rs. 500. A gown maintenance deduction of Rs. 500 will be applied against the deposit. All payments must be completed through online banking via Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd. using the applicant's own account to ensure valid refunds.
