The six-day gaming competition officially commenced following an inauguration by Yogesh Upreti, Chief Executive Officer of the ISMT Group of Colleges. The opening ceremony included the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and the unveiling of the tournament trophy, attended by Campus Head Sandeep Pokharel and Business Development Head Basu Wasti. Following welcome remarks delivered by Girish Sir, official PUBG Mobile matches began for Group A teams.
In addition to the cash rewards, Stamford College announced multiple scholarship schemes aimed at participants, attendees, and prospective applicants. Individuals who complete admission procedures at the college during the event window ending September 22 can receive up to Rs 100,000 in admission scholarships. High-performing gamers also stand to gain substantial financial support: the tournament Most Valuable Player (MVP) can secure up to Rs 300,000 in academic tuition waivers, while players placing in the top five MVP rankings are eligible for up to Rs 150,000.
