Define Virtual memory.

Virtual memory is a technique that gives a program the feeling of a very large main memory, bigger than the real RAM. The program uses virtual addresses. The system keeps the active parts in main memory and the rest on the disk, and it moves parts in and out as needed. The address translation is done by hardware, using a page table, so the programmer does not need to manage it.
